Our School-Based Clubs are how we take the energy behind Lift Up Learners and plant it directly on campus, where students already spend their days.
Each club becomes a mini hub for youth leadership and service. High school students lead meetings, organize volunteer projects, and design peer-support activities for classmates who may be struggling academically or feeling disconnected. Younger members help choose initiatives - book drives, homework help days, mentoring meetups - so they learn early that their ideas matter.
We provide structure, training, and a clear focus on educational equity, but every chapter has its own personality, shaped by the students and staff advisors at that school. Over time, these clubs become places where leadership feels normal, not rare, and serving others is just part of school culture. For administrators and teachers, it means motivated students helping carry the load of engagement. For donors, it's a way to invest in a model that can replicate across campuses, creating a network of youth-led change from the inside out.
